1. Delivery Estimate by PIN Code Please add a “Check Delivery” option on every product page. The customer should enter their Delivery PIN Code, and the website should show an estimated delivery timeframe. For Ready-Made / Non-Customized Products Show: 🚚 Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days Processing/dispatch time can be approximately 1–2 business days, depending on the product. For Customized Products Show separately: 🎨 Customization & Production: 48–72 Hours 🚚 Estimated Delivery: Usually 5–10 Business Days The 48–72 hours should refer to production/customization time, not the total delivery time. The total estimated delivery should ideally be calculated as: Production Time + Shipping Time based on Customer PIN Code If possible, please connect the delivery estimate to the courier/shipping service API so the estimate is more accurate based on the customer's PIN code. 2. Show Expected Delivery Date Instead of only showing the number of days, if possible show an estimated date range. For example: 📍 Delivering to: 560001 📦 Estimated Delivery: 25–29 August Also include: Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. 3. Return Option for Non-Customized Products For ready-made/non-customized products, add a Return Request button inside the customer's order details. The customer should be allowed to request a return within: 5 days from the date of delivery The return form should include: Order Number Product Name Reason for Return Description/Comments Option to upload photos if the product is damaged or defective After 5 days, automatically disable the return option and show: The 5-day return period for this product has ended. The return request should appear in my admin dashboard, where I can review and approve or reject the request. 4. Customized Products – Contact Us Instead For customized products, including: Customized Wallpapers Customized Wall Posters Customized Photo Frames Customized Wall Clocks Personalized Gifts Other Customized Products Do not show the normal Return Request button.
